10/27/24 HE IS THE GIVER OF EVERY GOOD AND PERFECT GIFT
I woke up Saturday morning thinking about how wonderfully blessed I am.
Not only do I enjoy God's benefits, but even though my walk with God will lead me through fire and flood, God has promised to see me through my momentary light afflictions, which lead to an eternal weight of glory. Those who love Him will endure and overcome temptation, and receive the crown of life
In the mean time, His grace is sufficient for every trial and test, enabling me to walk in a way that is pleasing in His sight.
Later, during the day I went kayak fishing for a few hours. I love where I live. I also praise the Lord for my well being and the blessing to still be active, considering my health issues of 2021 and the fact that I am seventy seven years old.
I paddled in and out of several marsh canals, and walked and fished off of a small beach. I did not catch anything, but it was so much fun. It was as peaceful and as restorative as the photos indicate.
