09/24/24 WE WERE WARNED

09/24/24 WE WERE WARNED

We can't say, "we were not warned".

God spoke through the Old and New Testament prophets, thousands of years ago, concerning end times events, involving Russian, Iranian, Syrian, Turkish and Chinese alliances, committed to destroying Israel. God also told us that in spite of the terrible impact such a coalition would produce, Israel will not be defeated. Remember, this was all before Israel ceased to exist as a nation (almost 2,000 years ago) and obviously before Israel would become a nation in modern times, (only 76 years ago).

God also warned us about a one world government, one world economy and a one world religion, all of which oppress the people of the world, oppose the Judaeo-Christian, moral and judicial system and seeks to obliterate the Biblical revelation of God in Christ. We are watching as legitimate citizens are being robbed and illegals are being favored over the citizenship. The rule of law is being removed, morality is being redefined, history is being rewritten and revised, science is being replaced with lunacy, and the citizens are apparently unable to stop the destruction of our own country. (this does not even mention the leadership of our country surrendering our national sovereignty into the hands of anti-American, anti-Christian systems in the UN, the WHO and others.

Not only did God speak through Old Testament prophets and New Testament prophets, God has sent His messengers and ambassadors into the world, proclaiming God's prophecies.

God not only warned us with exact prophecies, He also gave us examples of His judgments against people. Remember, Adam and Eve, Cain, the entire world in the days of Noah, the people of Babel, Sodom and Gomorrah. Later in the Old Testament (2 Chronicles 36:1-21) we read about Judah's decline and God's judgments, briefly stated in verse 16.

2 Chronicles 36:16
16 But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.

The same warning is given in Proverbs as a very definite picture of our society today. (I have put notations in parenthesis (...) .)

Proverbs 6:15-19 (with a list of seven things God hates).
15 Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy.
16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look (unrestrained narcissism), a lying tongue (constant deception), and hands that shed innocent blood (uncontrolled anger),
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations (vengefulness and hatefulness) and, feet that be swift in running to mischief (predisposition to do harm),
19 A false witness that speaketh lies (self promoting slander, gossip, false accusers), and he that soweth discord among brethren (self serving and total disregard for other people).

Proverbs 29:1-2
1 He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.
2 When the righteous are in authority (in a family, a church a community, a nation), the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

We will lose it all in a moment and nothing can be done to reclaim our former blessings.
