04/11/24 LET THE SUPERNATURAL TAKE ITS COURSE
You do not have to cajole or maneuver or beg or threaten or bribe or pay someone to do what they love to do, whether athletes, musicians, fishermen, mothers, teachers, preachers, doctors.
When people truly love God, they do not need be pressured, intimidated, reminded, encouraged, remunerated, awarded or rewarded to obey God, to serve God or his people, or to study His word, or to fellowship, or to worship, or to witness. Love not only covers a multitude of sins and fulfills the law, it fires up the soul and gives the believer the single eye. The problem in churches, the problem in individual lives, is that people don't actually love God as they should
Be ye therefore perfect in love, as your heavenly Father is perfect in love. God's work will not go undone when His people love Him with their whole heart, mind, soul and strength.
When the local church folks really love God as they should, the pastor will not be driving the sheep, but rather guiding and feeding them. In fact, it will be like riding a wild tiger. It can be challenging, but it is a wonderful life and experience.
