10/22/24 YOU GIVE ME A VERSE

I posted a full list of New Testament verses with the words tempt, tempted, tempting, temptation, and demonstrated that in all of those verses, we never find God saying that believers cannot resist temptation. In that post I challenged folks to let me know if any of those verses actually say believers cannot resist temptation.

NOW I invite you to send me a verse anywhere in the New Testament, which clearly says that believers cannot resist temptation. I am not asking for implications or human explanations. I am not asking for a verse that refers to a believer who has not resisted temptation or a verse that says a believer can yield to temptation. I realize that believers have failed to resist temptation and I am aware that believers are able to yield to temptation. I am asking for an actual verse that says believers cannot resist temptation.

I have made it clear that believers can resist temptation, as God says:
1 Corinthians 10:13
13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
