Before you got saved, there were probably people who told you that there was no such thing as salvation.

When you got saved, it was probably because someone told you that God would save you by His grace, if you would believe, confess and repent.

After you got saved you probably had unsaved people and the devil tell you that you were not saved.

NOW, CONSIDER THIS.

AFTER YOU GOT SAVED...
There were probably people who told you that there was no such thing as holiness (purity) of heart (a.k.a. Entire Sanctification).

If, after your salvation, you got Entirely Sanctified (heart purity through the infilling of the Holy Spirit), it was probably because someone told you that God would purify your heart by His grace, if you would believe, die to self and surrender your all to God.

After you got delivered from the Old Man (through Entire Sanctification), you probably had saved people and tell you that your heart was not pure, you did not have perfect love, you were not conformed to the image of Jesus

In other words, the likelihood is that Satan tried to rob you of God's miraculous salvation from your evil deeds and your Double Mindedness (carnality, sinful nature).

Once we receive God's work of salvation, we are responsible for keeping ourselves in a right relationship with God through saving faith, which is faith that obeys God.
Jude 1:20-21
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

We keep ourselves in a right relationship by constant faith, surrender, spiritual feeding, and communication and walking with God.

3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

I am so sorry for the people who have swallowed the lies, which tell us...
that Christ did not die for all sinners;
that we have no choice or responsibility or opportunity or accountability to trust and follow Christ by faith:
that Jesus does not save us from all sin;
that God does not purify our hearts and perfect us in love;
that we cannot live a life of victory over sin.

In other words, they have been blinded to the glorious truth of salvation.

Brothers Quinten, Timothy, Wade and I went kayaking and fishing yesterday. It was low tide, but Quinten and I hooked a couple of nice fish, which we did not land.

I added photos of the waterspout in Cedar Island, which came out of the storm forming behind us earlier in the day. The photos were taken by local residents and news media.

Brother Wade was not fishing but he caught some really good photos and videos. I heard thunder in the distance but I was focused on fishing. Brother Wade reminded me of the distant storm. It was getting closer, so we headed back to our launch area. We were fine but that system moved further down east, creating a very large and dangerous waterspout.

We need to pay attention to what is happening around us, but sometimes we are distracted. It is good when we help each other.

Another (very important) point is that we should take heed to warning signs. A storm of great power can develop and be on top of you in a very short time. If you are on the water, you don't have the luxury of waiting to the last minute.

Remember, the Bible tells us that pure, sacrificial, self denying, obedient, perfect love is the foundation, goal and proof of a right relationship with God through faith in Christ. There is a hierarchy of love. 

A Checklist Of Love's Scope
* Love God with all of your being and life.
* Love yourself in the light of God's word and in line with a perfect love for God. This can only happen in the life of a truly converted, saved, born again, redeemed, washed in the blood of the Lamb, believer and follower of Christ. (Remember, we are told to love our neighbor as we love ourselves).
* Love your fellow believers.
* Love your neighbor.
* Love your enemy. 

God saves and entirely sanctifies His children so that we can, and so that we will love others (from God to our enemies). Love is a miracle work of God in us. Some personality types are more "loving," but God conforms all believers to the image of His Son, Who loved us and gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto Himself a distinctive people, zealous of good works. 

When a believer senses his love quotient and quality are lacking in any area, he/she must immediately repent and seek God's forgiveness and fullness. We must not love in word only, we must love in deed and in truth.

Loving your enemy does not include being an accomplice or approving of their behavior.

Accepting and excusing third world immorality, civil upheaval, cleaving to filthy practices, and criminality is un-American, and anti-Christian.

God established Human Government to protect the law abiding, and punish the criminals. Any mob that flip flops God's plan is the enemy of God and the enemy of the citizens over whom they take ruler-ship.

Resisting temptation and obeying God is impossible, until we trust Christ and surrender to Him.

The saving work of Christ on the cross and the saving work of Christ in our hearts and lives are both miraculous works of Divine power. 

He died and rose from the dead, without condition, but He only delivers us from sin's penalty, power and pollution if we believe and follow Him, and He will hold us accountable for our choice.

From time to time I post about the danger of people who are false accusers, slanderous, libelous, divisive, and especially if they are blaspheming God's faithful messengers, which is also an attack on God's word and God Himself.

My warning is mostly toward those who listen to such gossip. Form your decisions about people based on what you know personally. Ask the accused about rumors you have heard. Not only should we not accept such accusations, we should not repeat them to other people. 

Lives, families, ministries are ruined by vengeful malcontents. Vengeful people tear loving family members away from one another and often poison the minds of gullible or intimidated young people against family members who are faithful and loving messengers of God's word. Don't be part of Satan's agenda of social and spiritual attacks.

Romans 13 REQUIRES EVERYONE to be subject to God's authority.

When someone takes your money by force, they are thieves. Romans 13 is not a license for "Government" to steal.

God orders Government to punish the law breakers and protect the law abiding. This is the basis of human Government. When a "Government" refuses to do this, it is mob anarchy.

Politicians have always fleeced the people, but now we are being enslaved and slaughtered in order to use our wealth to buy votes of illegals who have no concept of American values, and no respect for our heritage. Our safety, health, income, homes, families, Biblical culture, hygiene, and national future is being stolen and violated. Such an agenda ends in chaos, not redemption.

The open border mentality is overthrowing our country and displacing lawful citizenry. This is actual insurrection.

Don't count on America being saved. You better realize that your only hope is not in this world but in Christ. Our battle is eternal, not temporal; our weapons are spiritual, not carnal.
God is our King, Lawmaker, and Judge, only He will save us (Isaiah 33:22).

Betrayal is what happens when the "government" extorts money from the citizens in order to buy the votes of illegals. (I put quotation marks around "government" because such corruption is not legitimate government.)

American's have betrayed God by taking His blessings and serving the false god's of pleasure, greed, blasphemy. 

Biblical government (which is the plan of God) protects the law abiding and punishes the criminal. Anarchy is not only when individuals disobey government, it is when so-called government disobeys God.

1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

The State is not given a blank check from God. The State (those who hold positions of authority), though it is not the kingdom of God, is answerable for its decisions and actions, just as all men (saved and unsaved) are answerable to God for their words, thoughts and deeds.

I agree with your post referring to how it use to be and how we need to recover the social and cultural treasures of the past. Though this is not a "copy and paste," I wanted to express my agreement. Some of the old paths were the best paths. In fact, this is what I was hoping to see happen with my Net House. A place for friends and neighbors to meet and enjoy each other and the fellowship of Jesus.

Voting is choosing government principles, it is not approving or aligning with a candidate's personal morality.

We choose doctors, lawyers, contractors based on professional competence, not personal behavior, unless the personal behavior harms us.

Those who align with God's word do not approve or promote anti-Christian policies. We must come out from among the enemies of our faith, our families and our freedoms.

There will come a time when it will cost us our freedom, our property, our safety, our finances, our daily sustenance, our families and our lives. Now and forever we should obey God rather than men.

Abandon sinking slave ships that are disease and rat infested. Save yourself from this untoward generation and wicked system. Rescue the perishing, do not abandon them to eternal darkness.

It takes love and guts to stand against darkness and to charge the gates of hell with the sword of the Spirit rather than the sword of steel, and to raise the shield of faith rather than the arm of flesh.

Our submission to the State should never diminish our commitment to God.

Don't vote for Party, since parties change platforms over time. You can't always judge a book by its cover, and wolves do dress in wool.
Don't vote for rhetoric, vote for action. 

There is only One Savior. You are voting for a human leader (servant), not a Divine Deliverer.

You cannot legislate morality, but you can legislate against immorality. 

You cannot vote the Kingdom of God into office, but you can vote the enemies of freedom and justice out of office. 

The US Constitution is not the Bible, but oppressive human governments and philosophies are anti-freedom, anti-family, anti-faith (anti-Christian). 

Vote against Socialism (Communism), Libertinism, State-ism, Wok-ism, Humanism, Hedonism, Secularism. Vote for freedom, and justice. I know people who claim salvation but vote for anti-Biblical agendas on a regular basis. Walk in the light, not in the darkness. 

While you can vote, vote for America, not against the greatest nation that has ever existed.

And remember, all nations fail eventually. Align yourself with the God of the Bible and faithfully follow Him (Jesus Christ), regardless the cost. It is better to obey God rather than men.

We have been told that we can personally make a major difference if we personally belong to a particular group, vote for a specific candidate, promote a certain cause, but ultimately, we have seen that was not necessarily true.

However, there is one thing we can do personally, which can make a lifelong and eternal difference, and may affect transformation in other individuals and relationships. 

Turn to and trust Christ to deliver you from the penalty, power, and pollution of sin, then follow Him by faith every day.
It is essential.
It is possible.
It is Divinely miraculous.
It is available to "whosoever will."
It is foolproof.

It is true that the unsanctified believer is Double Minded (the Old Man and the New Man, or Carnally Minded and Spiritually Minded) but God's indwelling Spirit enables and empowers the believer to make the right decisions; enables the believer to do the right thing.

Though a battle may rage from time to time in the heart of a believer, he will usually choose to obey God. On those occasions when the believer refuses to follow the Holy Spirit and refuses to invoke the word of God to combat and defeat the evil one, then the believer will falter and fail, he will sin. It is imperative for the believer to repent immediately. The longer the fallen one waits to repent, the more darkness they will enter and the more darkness will enter them. It is easier to walk in victory than to turn from the wicked one.

There was an actual insurrection that took place in DC and it is not to be confused with the police guided tour of the Capitol on 1/6/21, which was a mixture of trespassing and unidentified bad actors.

The actual attacks are against traditional American beliefs and values and Constitutional rights. This dastardly deed is being done openly, while the actual instigator are being hidden by political actors and Liberal media, as they look US in the face and deny it. 

This is consistent with Biblical prophecy and indicates the reason for the absence of the USA as a major player in the end times. 

Open your heart to God’s truth so that you won't be blinded and misguided by systemic darkness, which is leading to one world government, one world religion and one world economy.
